this first week started as I said earlier in the week with the brief. On friday I presented the result of the week. State of the art, screen, survey, workshop set-up and early conceptual directions. The survey and workshop set-up confused me at first but I have now during the week-end slimmed it up and it is now starting to make sense.I will try it on a friend later tonight to see if it encouraging. I have not looked into so much research but I’m planning to do so later tonight or no tomorrow I think is more reasonable. I got some old music items yesterday in the second hand shop. Ridiculously more expensive than in sweden but it was definitely worth it. I now have small and big vinyls, tapes, mini tapes, freestyle and my grandmothers radio of course since it always travels with me.
(The way we work is very different from how I work at home. The structure is much clearer and must say I find this way of working very efficient at the moment. There is no time to sit and wonder so much. Which I can spend months on normally and even if it’s free it also stresses me. I’m very curious of how the result will differ.)
